April 15 Completed applications due for new students with one-time, nonrefundable $35 application fee.

May 1 Acceptance notification for new students.

May 15 Signed enrollment contracts due for new students, with one-time, nonrefundable $300 registration fee.

Once an applicant has completed the admissions process (visits, interviews, document submission), the admissions committee will review the qualifications of all applicants for a given grade level with regard to space availability and class composition. You will be notified of one of the following decisions:

• Acceptance: A child who meets our qualifications and is considered to have the potential for success at Oasis School will receive an invitation to enroll.
• Denial: A child will not be accepted at Oasis School when it is judged that the school is not a good fit for the child or the school.
• Wait list: When a child meets our qualifications and is considered to have the potential for success at Oasis School, but space is not available, the child receives acceptance but is not offered a space until it becomes available. A wait listed child does not have a specific place in the list but will be offered an available space in accordance with the gender and grade level composition of the school. The waiting list is generally considered to be in effect until the start of the next school year.
