The Oasis application process is designed to answer the biggest question you most likely have: whether there is a good "fit" between your child and our school. Oasis is much more than just an academic institution: it is also a key social and emotional environment for your child's formative years. The Oasis community comprises both the students and their families. Applicants to Oasis are considered based on their potential to be successful in our program and on the basis of a good fit between the family and school regarding the school philosophy, program and environment.
Oasis school is committed to maintaining an inclusive community that welcomes and values students and families of all backgrounds. We strive to achieve a gender balance as well as a diversity of personalities and interests. Our small class sizes allow us to support significant diversity in the learning styles of our student body as we create a community of students of overlapping but compatible ages and abilities.
The process involves 6 steps:
1. Educate yourself about Oasis
We encourage you to explore the website to learn about our school. Please visit our admissions frequently asked questions(FAQs) section.
2. Ask questions
Feel free to contact us for more information at any point during your exploration.
3. Attend an Open House or Information Night
Attend an open house or an information night. During these times you can also talk to current Oasis families about their experiences at Oasis and the reasons their child is enrolled.
4. Parent visit
Once you feel that Oasis may be a good option for your child, it's time to schedule a parent visit to observe, meet the staff, take a tour, ask more questions, and let us get to know you a little bit.
5. Student visit / interview
If you like what you have seen so far, then your child should come spend a day at school to "experience the Oasis difference".
6. Apply
Once you've decided that Oasis is the right choice for your child, complete and submit the application materials provided here.
